KOSMO WEEKLY LESSONS
From September 2023, we will be opening new classes. Trials will be booked in differently and our monthly prices are changing with the additional classes in mind.
Mini Ninjas - 3 - 4 year olds
Aberford Hall
4pm – 4.30pm
This is our youngest Ninja class. We have designed a specific program solely for our ninjas. This class is for 3-4 year olds

Little Ninjas - 5 - 6 year olds
Aberford Hall
4.30pm – 5.00 pm
Our 2nd ninja class is for 5-6 year olds. We focus on preparing them to cope with the next lesson up, including exams.

Tuesdays - Children’s Beginner Class 7yrs+
Aberford Hall
5pm – 5.45pm
This beginners class is for children only, aged 7yrs+ and/or 9th Kyu and above. Beginners have 2 classes a week.

Tuesdays - Advanced Class (children + adults)
Aberford Hall
6.00 – 7.00 pm
This class 4th kyu and above as a mixed age group. Advanced students and adults have 2 classes a week. We will be opening an adults only beginners class very soon.
Thursday Family Class
Aberford Hall
6pm to 7.30pm
This class is for adults of all grades and children 7th kyu and above. However we do accept children as beginners if coming with an adult (family) To book a family in for a trial, please either email info@kosmoskc.com or call 07701 087 040
Other Classes
Private Lessons, Private Group Sessions and Self Defence for individuals and families are all available. Please contact info@kosmoskc.com for more information and quotes.
Seminars and Gradings are events that are booked in advance and only available to licenced students.
Presentation evenings are held once a year and all students along with their friends and family are invited to this very special evening.
SQUAD TRAINING
7TH BOREHAMWOOD SCOUT HUT
7pm – 8.15pm
This is a squad class designed solely to train for competitions. Only selected students attend this class. We already have 2 National Champions since opening this class at the end of 2022.

New Adult Beginners Class. Mondays at Denbigh Lodge.
Bringing back the SEN Class from before COVID. Mondays at Denbigh Lodge.
