2nd Section: Jiyu Kihon Kumite (Basic free sparring)
Free sparring set kumite with your partner, making sure when you are attacking that you inform your partner where you are going to attack. When you are defending, make sure your moves are free flowing and you always step back into free stance after your counter attack.
